Two concerts to celebrate 30 years of the rights of the child!

MusiKa organizes two concerts with famous British violinist Nigel Kennedy in support of Graines de Paix’s child rights actions. These two concerts benefit from an Honorary Committee of 12 personalities and an audience of high-ranking French and international leaders.

Two dates and two places to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child:

  • November 30, 2019 at the Victoria Hall in Geneva
  • December 02, 2019 at the Métropole Hall in Lausanne

After an introduction by Professor Philip Jaffé, Member of the UN Committee for the Rights of the Child, the violinist and protégé of Yehudi Menuhin will embark the audience around Johann Sebastian Bach, his favorite composer. He will play with emotion four concerti of Bach supported by the students of the High Schools of Music of Geneva, Lausanne, Sion and Zurich. Part of the funds raised will be donated to Graines de Paix for its actions aimed at the human and educational achievement of children.
